Position Description:

Position Purpose
To manage and coordinate associate activities that positions the contact center as a “Best in Class” working environment. The contact center goal is to deliver the most convenient experience and the best value for our customers.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • 50% - Manages sales associate’s performance against pre-established operational metrics.
  • 25% - Providing a high level of associate engagement that promotes THD values in the center and across department lines
  • 10% - Manages recognition, performance management, resolving escalated issues and working to minimize the occurrences of issues again where possible.
  • 10% - Work with contact center management to implement change management
  • 5% - Manage hiring process and conduct associate roundtable to continue improve processes.

 

NATURE AND SCOPE

  • Position Reports to: Manager, Home Depot Measurement Service
  • Number of Direct Reports: 15

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area

TRAVEL

  • No travel is expected for this position

 

 

    
 


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
  • Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 

  • 2 years

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
