Position Description:


The HRS B2B Program Business Analyst identifies, distinguishes and analyzes multiple components of information related to the line of business.  He/she draws conclusions using high-level qualitative skills to help drive projects and bring value to the Home Depot through B2B programs.  This position also participates in driving client services and sales processes for specific areas of responsibilities (i.e., HVAC, Flooring, Countertops, General Contracting, etc.) and completes projects tasks as assigned by Managers.


  • 50% Client Management – provide customer service support as well as present findings and derive conclusions from analyses and make oral/written recommendations to upper management. Execute tasks related to client projects and/or process improvements. Execute day to day processes related to clients as well as areas of responsibility. Communicate issues and roadblocks related to their areas of responsibility
  • 25% Project Management – bid analysis review and pricing, weekly meetings, internal and external project updates, reporting, manage project notes, prep and process project invoices as well as provide analytical reporting
  • 20% Documentation Management – system management and documentation, bid requests, new projects, approvals, invoicing, and working with Interline partners to establish best practices for seamless project execution
  • 5% Ad Hoc- requests to help with program reporting and turn key business ventures

Typically reports to Operations Process Manager or Business Manager 
No direct responsibility for supervising others.


Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. 


Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
