We are a Partial Hospitalization treatment center offering a comprehensive, integrated program that addresses the needs of the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Our system of care is personalized, evidence-based, and research-proven. Patients can self-reflect and find strength for life change that characterizes Foundations Recovery Network as a Company. FRN is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Purchasing Coordinator, to work with staff, vendors, and contractors to reconcile expenses that might be incurred while responding to the needs of our patients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively balance the needs of the facility, patients and staff. The Accounts Payable/Purchasing Coordinator will work with other business office staff to ensure expenses are covered and patient’s needs are being met. We believe in patient-centered care, which extends beyond our clinical staff, to every department in every facility. Do you have the ability to diligently work on equalizing costs to ensure our patients receive the care they need? How would you feel, knowing that your ability to coordinate accounts payable will enable our staff to respond to the patient’s needs so that they can focus on recovery? This position will be located at Foundations Recovery Networks facility, Talbott Recovery Center near the Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operates various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, washer/dryer, etc.

Maintains facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, cleaning and replacing of equipment and furnishings.

Responsible for daily disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.

Must handle various cleaning solvents and chemicals in accordance with established safety regulations.

Damp dusts furniture, light fixtures, window sills, etc.

Sweeps and wet mops floors in all resident rooms and bathrooms daily. Damp mops all corridor floors, lobby, dining areas, and others daily.

Cleans wash basins, mirrors, commodes, and all bathrooms daily.

Checks all unused offices and rooms daily to keep fresh.

Reports any needed repairs or equipment malfunction to supervisor immediately (such as leaky faucets or toilets, loose tile, broken window panes, missing nuts or screws, beds needing repair, etc.).

Cleans all air vents.

Checks entire area for spills, water, etc. periodically, especially in bathrooms.

Uses safety precautions in all housekeeping services.

Performs all other duties as required or assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to inspire client confidence in the FRN Staff and the FRN Model of Treatment.

Ability to consistently demonstrate through conduct and communications the stability required to effectively assist patients and their family members through the FRN Model of Treatment.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Ability to pay continual attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Must be flexible and highly adaptable to change.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required.

1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience.
