Description

Be part of something daring and bold and help rewrite the history of UnitedHealth Group!

At UnitedHealthcare, our focus is on helping people live healthier lives.  As we work to better serve all populations, we have identified a need to look beyond the traditional path of member services.  myConnections’ mission is to transform the UnitedHealthcare Community & State business by expanding from Medicaid into the balance of government assistance programs for the low income population.  Our commitment to innovation has lead us to even more new ideas and an interest in better understanding how we can work in communities to help drive real change.

This position is an exciting addition to UnitedHealthcare.  It is focused on helping the organization connect the individuals it serves as well as members of the community with safe, affordable housing.  You will use your business skills to assist in creating, controlling and improving the business and clinical processes to make these connections. You will solve complex problems as you serve as a resource to the clinical and network teams for myConnections. You will develop new processes, lead project implementation, diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions – working both internally and externally to build strong relationships. You will have the opportunity to then assess these programs, through reporting, analysis, and audits, to support continuous quality improvement.  You'll be in the driver's seat on vital projects that have strategic importance to our mission of helping people live healthier lives. You'll be doing your life's best work.(sm)
