Job Description

  • Lead HR Data governance is maintained through participation in and localised management of Data Quality in terms of various aspects ESSA & global wise
  • Lead legacy HR applications and migration to Global HR Core Tools
  • Take an active role in ESSA HR technology project initiatives with Sector for Global Operating Board
  • Ensure appropriate engagement is in place on projects for defining requirements
  • Lead the process of making sure Regulatory Compliance of all systems, data processes etc
  • Actively participate Global/Europe command center discussion platforms (webinars) on a reqular basis to highlight Turkeys myHR related issues and cascades the new Enhancements to Turkeys HR Ops team
  • Ensure necessary actions are taken to increase self-service adoption and ensure markets support new processes
  • Lead the market in consolidation and centralization of HR activities (including BO/CC work)
  • Establish a trusted solution partner for the joint initiatives with Finance Control (Payroll)
  • Report and analyze on HR administration processes such as annual leave, employee list,overtime etc.
  • Lead the process of productivity through close follow up of HR Procedures (Vacation, Overtime etc.)
  • Provide support for audits regarding HR Operations needs
  • Accountable for delivery of all relevant activities to an agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Take an active role in ad-hoc projects (both ESSA & Global)
  • Creates SLAs and follow up and report KPIs
  • Deals with myHR Reporting and open workflows, AACT Rules,Daily Errors
  • Maintenances Data in both myHR and Local System
  • Identify the gaps between Global Tools and Local system and action planning
  • Delivery of reports,amendments etc for global, sector and local stakeholders as requested (Deals with myHR Reporting and open workflows, AACT Rules,Daily Errors etc)
  • Controls Interface Daily and Monthly Files and take necessary actions to amend the data
  • Plays a day to day role supporting myHR and Local HR processes
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and 3rd party partners to scope, articulate and deliver functionality augmentation to the incumbent system landscape
  • Work with CoE for Analytics to implement tools and solutions developed by CoE within market
  • Play a key role to increase self-service adoption and ensure markets support new processes

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR Systems experience and play a role in Change Projects
  • Graduate Degree preferably in Engineering area
  • Adapt his/her approach as needed to bring forward potential solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Result oriented and decision maker
  • Flex his/her approach to work across multiple functions & cultures & geographies
  • Serve as a positive role model in the team to build a collaborative team environment
  • Anticipate what the potential actions to upgrade the systems and data quality to ensure progress to become more trusted solution partner within HR & beyond
  • Demonstrate resiliency when presented with significant and unexpected challenges
  • Effectively use governance and appropriate follow up processes to mitigate challenges and the risks
  • Consider issues from multiple and differing perspectives and create recommendations which ensure progress supported by data, events and trends to advance the HR Ops strategy
  • Ability to prioritize the best ideas and courses of action needed to drive the HR Operations teams strategies
  • Fluency in English & very good command in HR systems
