**HR Business Partner**

**Closing Date for Role is - 7th January 2018**

The HR Business Partner will be a steward of the culture will work with all leaders to build internal capability on the Grange Castle Site. She / he will achieve this through consulting and coaching of all leaders/colleagues on site.

The primary focus for the HR Business Partner is designing and leading highly effective people and culture processes that drive an OWN IT! Culture.

The HR Business Partner will ensure the delivery of HR services across the site. She / he will work in close partnership with the COEs in HR to ensure programs and processes delivered by HR Client Facing are aligned with business and HR strategies. This will also include facilitating any new programs or initiatives aligned with HR strategy in a manner effective for the business.

The HR Business Partner will positively impact colleagues and leaders in Grange Castle whilst ensuring HR processes and programs are implemented in a manner which suits the site business need.

+ Coach and consult with all leaders to initiate and implement optimal organizational structures to accomplish business objectives and leverage business and site talent.

+ Coach and consult with all leaders to drive engagement and continuous improvement mindset in Pfizer's and Grange Castle's culture by developing and executing against a site and PGS strategy.

+ Coach and consult with all leaders to lead change by developing and implementing effective and inclusive processes which enable organizational development.

+ Coach and consult with all leaders to develop people strategies and enable business leaders to develop colleagues through innovative development solutions and implementation of specific development activities (i.e., rotations, projects, etc.)

+ Coach and consult with all leaders to develop a high performance organisation built on the principles of High Support, High Challenge, Openness, Transparency, Relationships and Trust in a Feedback Rich Environment.

+ Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with corporate talent strategies, leveraging corporate talent identification tools.

+ Build effective linkages and alliances with the MOS and COE organizations to ensure alignment around implementation of HR processes/programs in the business.

+ Ensure compliance to support employment legislation.

+ Provide timely and effective coaching to all leaders and colleagues on HR processes and programs, driving utilization of on-line and Shared Services tools when appropriate

+ Facilitate, along with leaders, a direct employee relations environment built on the Grange Castle Culture by providing high support and high challenge, including but not limited to: supporting employee relations investigations/ processes.

+ Be fully versant with the annual performance and compensation processes in alignment with business practices (i.e., calibration and performance/pay differentiation)

+ Have the ability to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement in partnership with MOS and COE groups along with other site business functions

+ Support the implementation of new COE HR systems, processes, and programs across the businesses (e.g., compensation tool or process changes).

**Skills and Experience**

+ 10 year's experience in a HR Business Partner role within a progressive HR environment.

+ A relevant degree or diploma.

+ A working knowledge of employment law.

+ Strong ability to contribute to the overall strategy and operation of the Grange Castle site.

+ Ability to think differently about how the role of HR can add recognizable value to the business. Ability to build close relationships with all colleagues and leaders and influence in a positive manner.

+ Not afraid to suggest out the box thinking and not afraid to voice opinion and challenge the status quo.

+ Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a large, complex, fast paced environment.

+ Excellent self awareness and ability to coach leaders through a High Support/High Challenge model.

+ Demonstrated success in facilitating change, solid problem solving, excellent facilitation and analytical skills.

+ Excellent written & oral communication skills
