**HR Business Partner**







Pfizer Cork API's role in the API Network is to support all small molecule new product launches, scale up and commercialize new innovative products and manufacture in-line Pfizer Innovative and Essential Health API's for many of Pfizer's leading medicines.

The **HR Business Partner** will demonstrate the appropriate Cork API leadership behaviours of always being patient focused, demonstrating alignment with Pfizer's Head, Heart and Guts leadership as well as encouraging leadership at every level of the organisation







This role will be responsible for advancing the Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Transformation strategies relating to People, Processes and Systems with emphasis on the development and implementation of the IMEx Leadership Ecosystem behavioural elements of "Managing Change", "OwnIt Culture", and "Diversity & Inclusion" for Cork API.



The role will be located at the Little Island API site, however the successful candidate will spend a significant portion on their time supporting initiatives across Cork API and will also have responsibility for supporting Ringaskiddy API site centric initiatives and HR activity.

+ Coach and consult with all leaders to initiate and implement optimal organizational structures to accomplish business objectives and leverage business and site talent.



+ Coach and consult with all leaders to drive engagement by developing and executing against a site and PGS strategy.



+ Support IMEx implementation



+ Develop and coach product centric teams to work effectively



+ Develop and lead communications process for Business updates, site visits, ORMs etc



+ Coach and consult with all leaders to lead change by developing and implementing effective and inclusive processes which enable organizational development.



+ Coach and consult with all leaders to develop people strategies and enable business leaders to develop colleagues through and implementation of specific development activities



+ Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with corporate talent strategies, leveraging corporate talent identification tools.



+ Build effective linkages and alliances with the MOS and COE organizations to ensure alignment around implementation of HR processes/programs in the business.



+ Ensure compliance to support employment legislation.



+ Provide timely and effective coaching to all leaders and colleagues on HR processes and programs, driving utilization of on-line and Shared Services tools when appropriate



+ Be fully versant with the annual performance and compensation processes in alignment with business practices



+ Lead ER and IR processes and initiatives.



+ Have the ability to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement in partnership with MOS and COE groups along with other site business functions



+ Support the implementation of new COE HR systems, processes, and programs across the businesses (e.g., compensation tool or process changes).



+ Where appropriate, in partnership with Talent Acquisition, support managers in recruitment campaigns **Qualifications** This position calls for excellent technical, organisational, communication and leadership skills, and requires the successful candidate to perform with confidence in what will be a consistently dynamic operating environment.







7-10 years of either direct HR experience or relevant people management experience is required. A qualification (degree or masters) in HR or equivalent relevant qualification is essential
