HR Business Partner

This is a mixed role covering both recruitment and non-recruitment related HR tasks for assigned internal customers, with broad scope of responsibility.

+ Participation to business meetings in order to learn about business strategy and plan ahead for the needs of internal clients and provide state of the art advisory services

+ Advising and coaching of people managers

+ End to end recruitment responsibility

+ Strong collaboration with Global Shared Service Center, Regional Centres of Excellence, Payroll and Benefits team

+ Implementation of global and local HR initiatives

+ Managing employees' labor law related processes

+ Performing HR related manager trainings

+ Supervising and managing local development and/or internship programs,

+ Responsible for annual compensation cycle: internal salary analysis and external salary survey management


+ At least 5 years of relevant experience, with growing responsibility

+ Master's degree

+ Very good English command

+ Good Excel and PowerPoint skills

+ Experience in international environment with matrix structure will be major asset

+ Excellent interpersonal skills; flexibility, influencing, team work

+ Presentation skills
