What You'll Do
* Partners with R&D client groups to effectively achieve business results and resolve human resources conflicts; manages complex human resources activities associated with designing, developing and/or maintaining programs and practices; initiate and sustain quality improvements efforts;
* Provides guidance to business leaders regarding annual cycle programs, Implement onsite leadership workshops to enhance people managers capabilities
* Work as internal consultant to provide consultation to managers on talent development such as promotion, salary increase, training programs nominations etc
* Oversees transactional and/or preliminary stage of employee relations issues, mediates difficult interactions, escalating problems to higher level when warranted.
* Conduct Exit interview, gathers facts, information, and data to inform HR policy and creation of HR interventions.
* Lead or manage HR programs, policies, and procedures to support the organizational high performance culture, implement Limited Restructuring as needed
* Serve as Site HR to orientate new hire onboarding and assimilation to Cisco (Site Orientation Program). Participate and implement people initiatives to site employees
* Maintain relationship with local government and labor bureau e.g. Social Insurance Bureau for annual social insurance auditing, Labor Bureau for employment status auditing and potential employees' labor dispute;

Who You Are
* Master Degree on Applied Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or Engineering or MBA is preferred. Bachelor Degree is required
* Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
* Proven knowledge and experience in human resources field;
* Excellent communications skills, written and oral
* Critical problem analyzing and Interpersonal skills
* Impactful in presentations and in day-to-day conversations
* Passionate and Energetic
* Proactive on driving things through and committed
