  • Lead hourly staffing process to identify new/improved sourcing strategies, create sourcing pools and improve overall time to fill
  • Provide general employee relations support including benefits, payroll and employee relations issues
  • Provide reporting support for all HR related activities
  • Support of the execution of the campus recruiting program
  • Demonstrate solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Display outstanding organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Provide administrative support to the HR manager and HR Rep
  • Special/ad hoc reports
  • Provide support for annual processes (Benefits enrollment, Focal Point, Performance Management)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Support various locations within the market working directly with location Administrator sand managers
  • Respond to routine unemployment, state, government claims in a timely manner
  • Maintain employee files, HR kiosks, unemployment, insurance subrogation, garnishments, and provide audit support as needed to maintain compliance with internal and external legal requirements
  • Support offsite career fairs, establish and maintain partnership with community partners to support staffing and outreach efforts


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of coordinator and/or administrative experience
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to travel various locations within the market unit as required
