What You'll Do

You will be a Strategic Partner and Consulting with senior management within multiple functions on building organizational capabilities necessary to meet business challenges. Proactively assess/diagnose problems and identify appropriate organizational interventions across businesses are expected for this role. Implement solutions independently. Types of activities: coaching, active facilitation of strategic planning meetings at Director/Country Manager level, development and delivery of offsite content, productivity improvement activities within client group and across business groups, and leadership development at the organizational level. Should have proven understanding of business fundamentals in order to understand the business and the opportunities and challenges that might be anticipated. Partner with staffing to meet growth requirements for clients. Responsible for strategic work force planning and all employee relations for assigned client group

You will be part of the HR team in the region and your internal customers will be the senior management team in the country

Who You Are

Responsible for supporting employees and leadership teams located in Mexico.

Experience Requires 10 plus years Human Resource management experience supporting a division or a line of business. Must show strength in organizational development and/or effectiveness as well as three of the following disciplines: employee relations, training & development, staffing, compensation, work force planning or benefits. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, analytical, planning and problem solving skills. A track record of integrity, teamwork and influence capability must be present

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent * Requires 10 plus years Human Resource management experience supporting a division or a line of business. Must demonstrate proficiency in organizational development and/or effectiveness as well as three of the following disciplines: employee relations, training & development, staffing, compensation, work force planning or benefits. Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, analytical, planning and problem solving skills. PC skills/software experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.

Proficient in Spanish and English
