The Data Entry Specialist reporting to the HR Director of Sales and will work closely with the HR team to ensure the necessary data and information as per the data entry process is loaded in Organization Manager (OM). The data will need to be accurately entered into OM and reviewed with data in Workday. Process will be aligned to ensure records are accurately entered daily, thus ensuring information is feed through properly. For optimal success in this position, you must have strong attention to detail, analytical aptitude along with accurate data entry skills. *Responsibilities*

Responsible for downloading and running reports to perform the necessary functions to accurately enter information into Organizational Manager (OM); generates reports for internal departments, management, and external requestors. Customize, automate and schedule reports in order to provide timely HR business information. Analyze and interpret business process issues and make recommendations to partners in relation to system updates, program / process improvements; view and modify scheduled reports (Workday); perform audits to determine data anomalies, gaps or completeness; proactively ensure integrations run as scheduled and planned; participate in testing activities of transaction systems, reporting and integrations; perform audits to determine data anomalies; delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to advanced ad hoc data requests. Prepares reports in support of business operations and assures information is available on a timely basis.Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures; ensures that titles are current in HRIS system for purpose of accuracy in organization charts for the company; determine cause & resolution; prepare adhoc reports/data presentations as requested by local HR BOS partners, Business Groups, etc.



*Qualifications*

BA/BS required2-3 years data entry experience; proficient Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, graphics, etc.)Experienced with OutlookHR &/or HRIS Experience RecommendedExcellent Communication Skills (written & verbal)Thrive in fast-paced environment with ability to multitask and prioritizeBe a self-starterCommunicate out daily results, issues for current and potential to the appropriate stakeholders in timely mannerMust thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary; applicants must be authorized to work for Pfizer in the U.S. at the time of the commencement of employment.
