**Position Purpose:**

The BOS HR Manager is responsible and accountable for ensuring the delivery of HR for the site they support. The BOS HR Manager will be part of a team that will work in close partnership with the BOS Site/Regional Lead, HR Operations and other BOS teammates to ensure that programs and processes delivered are aligned with business and HR strategies. This includes delivering/managing the annual processes (e.g., performance management, compensation cycle), managing career events in the employee lifecycle from on-boarding through off-boarding, launching new programs aligned with HR strategy. Responsibility also for advising and coaching managers, and ensuring appropriate controls and compliance are in place. In this role, the BOS HR Manager will be part of a team that ensures HR processes and programs are implemented in a consistent manner across Pfizer.

**Primary Duties:**

+ Provide coaching to managers and colleagues on HR processes and programs, driving utilization of on-line and call center tools when appropriate

+ Support the annual performance management and compensation processes in alignment with country practices (i.e., calibration, reporting, and performance/pay differentiation)

+ Assist the site in the annual execution of standard talent management process and tool usage

+ Provide performance management coaching to managers throughout the year including mid-year reviews and development planning

+ Provide coaching on the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) and required support to managers

+ Supports management in facilitating an effective employee relations environment and a high performing Pfizer culture by providing advice and counsel, including but not limited to: conducting or overseeing employee relations investigations and providing analytics

+ Provide manager coaching on career event management (i.e., transfers, promotions, international moves, etc.)

+ Support successful execution of on-boarding and off-boarding for site colleagues including orientation

+ Work toward standardization and consistency of approach to HR across divisions

+ Implement the new Enterprise HR systems, processes, and programs across the division (e.g., compensation tool or process changes) in coordination with BOS

**Education, Skills, & Experience:**

+ Degree or equivalent such as Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development

+ Demonstrated ability to deliver in a client facing HR role, that involves advising, coaching and facilitating line management and leadership teams on generalist HR issues

+ Solid expertise in HR technical proficiencies and core HR competencies with experience in coaching, employee development and driving process improvements

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix team environment Ability to handle multiple priorities.

+ Project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills. Six Sigma, Lean or other continuous improvement experiences a plus.

+ A strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information

+ Ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality.

+ Strong business acumen

+ Strong leadership, integration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

+ Experience in performance management, process management, coaching and mentoring.
