Some of the key responsibilities in the role are as follows:
· Partner with the Polish country lead and his team, providing coaching and advice, develop and implement HR strategies and plans which support their business priorities.
· Develop employee engagement initiatives to make Cisco Poland a ‘great place to work' for all employees, all functions.
· Develop inclusion and diversity strategies to attract and retain diverse talent in Cisco Poland, increase awareness of I&D and help make Cisco Poland a more inclusive environment.
· Manage any organisational changes and acquisitions.
· Work closely with the COEs to ensure delivery of ER, LTI, Total Reward projects and initiatives.
· Review service delivery to Poland of payroll, Local HR Professional Services, HR Support and other partners, identify areas of activity that can be migrated to these functions and work with them on any escalations that require country support.
· Responsible for HR related local governance and compliance items across all business and functions in Poland.
· Responsible for setting the direction with our benefit providers, holding them accountable to the SLAs and ensuring we have fit for purpose benefits in country.
· Lead on any Central or EMEAR wide activities as identified by the Head of HR.
· Leverage the Centre of Excellence colleagues (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Leadership and Team Intelligence) and HR Professional Services to drive the whole employees agenda for Poland.

This role is that of an HR generalist providing support for the country and reports to the HR Leader Central EMEAR.

Who You are
You will likely bring the following skills and experience:
* strong organisational development and consulting skills to serve as a trusted advisor to major business and HR leaders
* strong team experience with ability to inspire and lead change through the team
* experience of working in matrix, complex, fast-moving and constantly changing environments with a high focus on collaboration (Technology experience not essential)
* depth of experience in the operational aspects of a country HR role incl. good understanding of the core aspects of the HR Calendar of services
* experience of driving change
* experience in working within an American company desirable but not essential
* wish and ability to see the bigger picture in order to deliver against priorities
* ability and positive mindset to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
* ability to engage and influence the most Senior Leaders in the business, with confidence and credibility
* confident to work in a highly virtual environment
* advanced degree in business or HR.
* Fluent in Polish as well as English.
