Job Details

Under the China Total Rewards Lead supervision, support PGS /GFS Asia CF and business lead to implement C&B policy in PGS China and make ensure to align with Pfizer China C&B guideline and procedure.



**KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS**



1. Provide C&B consulting service to assigned BU management team and HRCF org. annual salary review, promotion review, daily job evaluation, market pricing and etc.



2. Participating in annual local market survey, analyze market data and provide high quality bench market proposal, design the salary structure for assigned BU.



3. Monitor the Benefit policy implementation in assigned BU, to ensure the practice is align with the corporate guideline. Develop, maintain and improve C&B process, tools to meet biz needs. Activelywork with benefit admin team, optimize the benefit implementation process.



4. Provide C&B training to HRCF colleague, to ensure their good understanding to C&B policy and process



**BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS**



1. Educational /Training: Bachelors degree is required



2. Working Experiences:



1)Minimum of 5 years broad-based experience in Human Resources with 3 years progressively responsible compensation and benefit design.



2)HR project management experience is desirable.



3. Capability



1)Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills required.



2)Excellent software skills (Excel, Workforce Reporting, PeopleSoft) and the ability to learn new systems quickly is a must.



3) Cross-cultural Awareness and Sensitivity: experience in successfully designing and implementing total reward programs that are effective on a national scale for different industries.
