HR Manager, Global Talent Tools

Purpose:

The Manager - Global Talent Tools will manage all aspects of the Multi Rater and Employee Survey tool. The focus will be to partner with the enterprise functional owners and vendors in order to capture and drive tool enhancements, recommend new functionality, while ensuring satisfactory performance and integration with other systems and tools. The Multi Rater and Employee Survey role responsibilities include coordination of PepsiCo's engagement pulse survey, core process surveys including the 360 degree feedback process, PEPL surveys, special interest surveys, and executive assessments (Hogan Assessments).

In addition, this role will support the initiatives of the global HR Operations systems including but not limited to Organization Structure, System Upgrades, Change Requests, Integration and New Functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership around the development and ongoing enhancement of Multi Rater and Employee Survey tool, including related policies and processes.
  • Drive the technical approach to Multi Rater and Employee Survey processes.
  • Act as the primary contact between the Enterprise Org Development (eOD) and HR Operations teams with a clear grasp and understanding of when the design/process work on the eOD side ends and the technology enablement and support on the HR Operations side begins.
  • Supervise the flawless and timely processing of survey administration, as well as the support of both ongoing and cyclical items, review and understanding quarterly maintenance packs.
  • Manage escalations of user requests/issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate to vendors where necessary.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the change team to ensure appropriate training is developed for the users across PepsiCo.
  • Act as a liaison between PepsiCo and vendors to ensure that the Global Talent Tools are used to their potential and remain current. Help support and test all system upgrades (technical improvements) and migrations.
  • Monitor and support change requests and ensure all changes are integrated across platform.
  • Manage Help monitor data quality/accuracy and work with other members of the HR Operations team to resolve.
  • Attend HR Functional meetings where necessary to gain an understanding of HR/eOD strategy
  • Support day-to-day vendor management as needed
  • Manage the work and development of direct reports


Critical Success Factors:

  • Ability to establish processes and procedures that allow global tools to function at a high level
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees regardless of location (Sector, Corporate, vendor teams). Also, possess the ability to converse easily with technical support staff as well as users (non-technical) both verbally and in writing. Produce clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
  • Must be able to learn new technology quickly and be able to apply to business strategy. Anticipate and plan for technology impact on end users.
  • Customer Focus: demonstrate the ability to respond quickly to requests for service while meeting expectations and displaying a positive, service oriented attitude. Able to respond to customer complaints/issues in an objective manner and turn negative situations into positive ones.
  • Management of Resources: Use time, materials and technology efficiently; well organized; prioritize effectively; recommend best use of technology; seek ways to improve team efficiency without impacting service levels.
  • Interact and communicate effectively throughout the organization.
  • Ability to quickly identify, analyze and evaluate problems and recommend potential solutions.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills.



Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or Organizational Development (MBA a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows/Office and have systems integration experience with leading HR vendors (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc...), including the capabilities of report writing and survey assessment
  • Experience administering with Talent Management is preferred.
  • This position requires the individual to be very detail oriented and able to assimilate many tasks.
  • Management skills are paramount to success in this people oriented position, as well as, the ability to handle extremely confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.
