POSITION SUMMARY: Conducts all levels of associate relations investigations, including the most complex and sensitive issues. Coaches and counsels manager and associates on problem resolution, including performance, terminations, diversity, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. Responsible for communicating, interpreting and educating managers and associates on HR policies and procedures. Responsible for implementation of Gallup, Manager Self Service and all other HR systems within division. Supports HR DVP and Business Partners through project work and assists with implementation of business-wide initiatives and rollouts. Conducts basic training on diversity, ethics and harassment. Conducts preliminary analysis for job descriptions. Runs reports and performs analysis upon request. Acts as liaison to corporate functions such as Payroll and Benefits.


* Conducts all levels of associate relations investigations, including the most complex and sensitive issues. May lead or participate in investigations for other business segments.
* Communication, interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Ensures that managers and associates are educated on same.
* Coaches and consults with managers and associates on issues including performance, terminations, diversity, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. Is involved in all aspects of the corrective action process, from the counseling to reviewing Performance Improvement Plans prepared by the managers.
* Provides effective associate relations though proactive programs involving knowledge of the business and individual culture of each location.
* Creates customized reporting and runs standard reporting.
* Conducts basic training on harassment, ethics and diversity, as needed.
* Performs analysis and makes recommendations on systems, compensation, job descriptions, etc.
* Participates on and may lead division-wide and cross division project teams.
* Acts as a liaison for the division and managers with the shared services functions: HR Services, Staffing, and Programs on process flow management, communication and the roll out of new procedures, etc.
* Builds management capability through ADP sponsored Manager Self Service tools and technology.
* Manages division level HR projects, all aspects of Gallup, HR systems, roll outs, incentive programs, etc.
* Assists in the coordination of all aspects relating to large-scale organizational restructuring/RIFs/RIF selection process, adverse impact analysis, coordination with Corporate ELS department, RIF event coordination, and Letter Agreement generation.
* Assists in the coordination of acquisitions. May be loaned to other divisions to provide assistance.
