What You'll Do

Here are some of the key accountabilities you will have:

  • Management of the UK Benefit provider relationships, benefit governance and escalations. 
  • Project team member (or project lead) for reviewing benefits along with Total Reward, analysing market relevance and roll out of new/changed benefit offerings.
  • Project team member (or project lead) on limited restructuring programme management and delivery, including note taking at consultation meetings, preparing manager communications and training, producing package information and documentation, responding to employee and manager queries, reviewing business cases, updating tracking spreadsheets and liaising with the EMEAR PMO.
  • Project team member (or project lead) for country wide employee engagement initiatives as part of the Be Amazing programme, Bring Your Kids and Bring your Special Kids to Work Days, Benefit and Well-being events.
  • Leading the implementation of Sales New Year Readiness
  • Project team member (or project lead) on acquisitions, managing the consultation process, producing all relevant documentation and dealing with all employee queries.
  • Supporting on-boarding and integration of acquisitions, developing integration plans and delivering content.
  • Supporting the ongoing Best Teams interventions.
  • Providing day to day support and engagement with Ireland Sales leaders.
  • Liaising with the COEs (Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Leadership & Team Intelligence, Talent Acquisition, Office of Inclusion & Collaboration) and providing a country input into items required to be delivered in country.
  • Project team member (or project lead) on ad hoc projects e.g. Becoming a Parent.
  • Producing data and metrics for the UK & Ireland HR team and business as required.
  • Supporting account teams at customer meetings, providing HR insights and sharing knowledge.
  • Providing input into the UKI HR strategy and plans.
  • Supporting business units with Annual Cycle Programmes as required.
  • Supporting I&C projects and activities in line with the UKI plan.
  • Point of contact for Local HR Services escalations.

  • Solid team experience with ability to inspire and willing to lead change through the team.
  • Experience of working in complex, dynamic and constantly changing environments with a high focus on collaboration.
  • Experience in the operational aspects of a HR role including sound understanding of the HR Calendar of services.
  • Experience in supporting sales organizations or a North-American company desirable but not essential.
  • Wish and ability to see the bigger picture in order to deliver against priorities.
  • Ability and positive mindset to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage and influence Senior Leaders in the business, with confidence and credibility.
  • Confidence to work in a highly virtual and matrix environment.
  • A degree in business or HR.
