The HRIS Analyst supports the Human Resources Information Systems
(HRIS) function for the company through providing support, education
and training to the system users. Responsible for both routine and
complex reporting needs and for audits to improve data integrity,
both involving large volumes of
data. Assists with project work
as need to help meet the company’s HRIS needs.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides daily support for HRIS end users to troubleshoot routine
and moderately complex problems as they relate to HRIS related
systems and processes
Develops queries and reports as needed
using tools such as Lawson Microsoft Add-ins and Crystal reports
Assists with HRIS projects, such as supporting the data conversion
for new acquisitions and other ad hoc project related tasks, serving
as a liaison between HR, IT and Payroll
information into HRIS system with companywide impact including merit
increases, certifications, competencies, and performance ratings
Conducts routine audits to improve data integrity
testing for system issues, enhancements and process improvements
Provides formal and informal training and consultation for
end-users. Maintains training materials and general communication.
Assists with set up of training, user access and training material
Responsible for routine maintenance of data tables in
Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience required, 3+ years
Must have functional knowledge of all HR and Benefits related
Strong reporting skills and experience with
manipulating large volumes of data.
Strong analytical and
problem resolution skills.
