HRIS / Compensation Analyst

Creates, maintains and analyzes facility job descriptions. Prepares and analyzes compensation data and market trends to support the facility salary administration program and annual labor budget process. Responds to periodic requests for information. System Site Administrator  for HRIS, ATS and other data systems.   Analyzes labor force data for exits, engagement surveys, staff rounding, and other data points related to the recruitment and retention of a high quality workforce.   Site Liaison with Corporate. Administers the annual performance review process. Monitors compliance with corporate compensation policy and procedure. Enters and audits HRIS data to insure compliance with job code table, supervisory codes, employment status, FTE values and other Lawson data entry parameters. Assists with special projects as required by Human Resources Director.

Job Requirements

Education/Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant business, human resource or HRIS data experience.
  • Experience with LAWSON highly preferred, experience with HRIS system preferred.
  • Highly proficient skills with Microsoft Office. Expert skills in Excel (pivot tables, trending, data analytics) and PowerPoint.   
  • Good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi task.
  • Skilled in understanding job content and job description development.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
