Description

The Human Capital Consultant is responsible for working with the Optum Care and Monarch Health leaders, and employees to provide strategic and tactical consulting on people programs, organization development and other HR-specific or business initiatives. 
  • Gathering, reporting  and analyzing people-related metrics, trends and root causes to help develop solutions that balance potential  risks with business needs
  • Provide human capital core process assistance to business leaders to help drive consistency, a high performance culture and enhanced engagement
  • Acting as a liaison for the brokerage of services between client groups and our internal partners: talent acquisition and development, compensation, reporting, employee relations, etc.
  • Working with the Human Capital team in developing and implementing corporate/core HC programs and processes, as well as working with business partners on key initiatives
  • Taking  a lead role in the administration, research, reporting,  and data  analysis of all Human Capital initiatives
  • Supporting new acquisition on-boarding and collaboration activities
  • Lead assigned human capital projects in the areas of retention, engagement, compensation, talent management and organizational design
