The Nashville Regional Office (NRO) is located just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, in the beautiful city of Brentwood. In the NRO, you will find our Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Office Services, and National Admissions Center. Each department plays its part in the support of our facilities, so that the attention can be where it should be: on the patients. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant, The human resources assistant provides assistance with and facilitates the human resources processes. The role provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including duties such as record keeping, file maintenance and report generation. The role will be located at the NRO in Brentwood, TN.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 • Performs a wide range of duties to the maintenance and processing of personnel and contractor records and reports.
 • Complies with department recordkeeping standards and reports as it relates to employees and contractors.
 • Interacts with and supplies information to job applicants, employees and management
 • Provides clerical and operational support to Market HRD and other human resources staff
 • Responsible for the HR file room to ensure that it is maintained in a neat, orderly fashion and that it is secured at all times.
 • Acts as representative of HR to interface with other departments on HR initiatives to develop required behind the scenes processes and procedures.
 • Responsible for maintaining and updating as needed the HR policies on Sharepoint
 • Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
 • Responsible for the hiring process once the offer is extended up until the point of orientation including references, background checks, EVerify, etc. 
 • Serves as subject matter expert on all HR systems and is the master report writer
 • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
 • Provides support for general office administration and serves as back up to receptionist and executive assistant who supports Division VP
 • Responsible for the administration of the drug testing program
 • Responsible for administration of the applicant tracking system, including template writing, proofing and uploading
 • Responsible for KRONOS administration to include resetting of passwords.
 • Responsible for minutes of HR staff meetings and attends other meeting as required.

 • Must be able to accurately produce work which requires continual attention to detail
 • Demonstrates ability to clearly and succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing.


Education and Experience
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years administrative/clerical experience in human resources
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Experience with Power Point a plus
