Position Summary:

El Paso Behavioral Health System (formerly UBH El Paso) has a great job opportunity for a Human Resources Director.  El Paso Behavioral Health System is a private psychiatric hospital specializing in mental health and chemical dependency care with 163 beds and a large partial hospitalization program.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or business administration or related field.  PHR certified is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office. Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
