We are currently searching for an experienced and talented HR Director to join Cisco and lead our HR team supporting our global Finance organization. Working with our CFO, you will play a critical role in inspiring today's talent for tomorrow's Cisco. In this role you will develop people strategies that accelerate capability in Cisco's business and our employees by transforming Cisco's talent, leadership, culture, and organization. You will support our Finance team whose vision is to maximize company performance through transformation of financial decision and business capabilities via world-class Finance centers of excellence, including Planning for Profitability, Processes & Capabilities, Talent and Operational Execution & Influence."

Our Minimum Qualifications for this role:
*10+ year HR experience or equivalent in roles of increasing complexity/scope.
*5 plus years of experience partnering with executive level stake holders within a complex matrixed environment.
