Sodexo is seeking Human Resources Specialists to assist our employees across the U.S! 

 

The HR d Services team is responsible for supporting 120,000 North American associates as the main human resources point of contact. The team provides world class support services to employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness.

 

Sodexo has (2) open Human Resource Specialist – Contact Center positions within our Corporate Human Resources Group. This position is based out of our newly constructed office in Cheektowaga, NY.  Selected employees will support the Monday through Friday shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (EST).

Bi-lingual applicants are encouraged to .

Training will be for 5-6 weeks Monday -Friday 8AM-5PM.

Position Summary

Identifies and addresses human resources (HR) related questions, issues, and concerns from internal Sodexo customers.  Ability to diagnose root HR issues and determine when and how to escalate within HR functional areas.   Manages multiple lines of communication from the field (email, web, phone, and voicemail).  Responsibilities include knowledge of phone and case management system, knowledge base portal, benefits toolkit, company policy manual and working knowledge of Ingenium, ADP, eTIME, EDW, payroll, PTO, and ER related areas. 

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
