Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
Verify and process warranties on various Interline HVAC equipment and products.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20%- Assist with disputed claims for Interline vendors, as well as customers.
20%- Accurately prepare and process purchases order to submit to vendors and warehouses.
20%- Support HVAC Specialists in Receiving or responding to customer letters, calls, emails, and faxes.
20%- Determine and execute appropriate corrective action to resolve customer complaints.
10%- Returned Good Authorization process expediter for the HVAC Specialists.
10%- Prepare and distribute warranty correspondence to customers.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the special Order HVAC Service Center Supervisor. Has no direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Must be able to handle a high call volume and work efficiently and effectively
Proficient in PC skills and data analysis (Word, Excel, etc.)
Professional manner in dealing with internal and external contacts
Proficiency in use of both RS-6000 and Bridge systems preferred
Product knowledge a plus
Excellent follow up and organization skills
