 POSITION PURPOSE

Mobile Service Technician
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
25%- All installation must be done in line with P&G’s required specifications. Any variances from P&G specifications should be reviewed with P&G supporting resources prior to making changes. This includes providing the end user with the basic support program (e.g. wall-charts, product information sheets, MSDS sheets, etc.)
25%- Install dosing equipment on Standard machines should include the ability to independently program (during initial installation) or reprogram (as a result of a service call) of modern machines equipped with their own microprocessor (programmable machines).
25%- In case of card operated machines (older models), using the necessary knowledge and cutting equipment needed to cut or re-cut program cards according to the end-users requirements. Install a dosage system using a flush manifold (water-flushed) system upon the end-users request.
25%- Install and service the housekeeping dispensers for the Proctor&Gamble In-Room cleaners
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to Service Manager. Has no direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
