POSITION PURPOSE

The Senior Marketing Associate role will support the residential end market brand marketing team in the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (print/digital) that create a positive image and support business goals.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

40% - Work with the Multifamily brand marketing team to execute marketing campaigns (print/digital) in a timely and accurate manner that will optimize customer experience, increase their retention/loyalty, drive revenue and generate prospective customer leads
30% - Responsible for assigned marketing campaigns to promote products and services; analyze and report on campaign performance to develop insights to share with the team and for marketing plan refinement
25% - Responsible for designated sales enablement support and related internal communications, including ongoing maintenance of marketing digital resource libraries; collateral fulfillment; employee promotional giveaways and monthly collateral report
5% - Maintain marketing calendar and sales distribution list to support effective team operation

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience:
3 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel
-Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that drives desired outcome/action
-Analytical skills to interpret/draw insights from reporting
-Proven ability to multi-task a variety of projects in a high production environment, with limited oversight
-Ability to work well and communicate verbally with people at all levels, both internally and externally
-Perform at maximum efficiency in order to stay on the established production schedules

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
-Strong collaboration abilities, teamwork and interdepartmental communication skills are critical to the success of this position
-Sound business reasoning and the ability to use facts to make good decisions is required
