This role is accountable for ensuring effective communications are being delivered to appropriate audiences to maximize sales efforts of the brand while maintaining a consistent brand image.MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work with the General Manager to establish annual schedule of marketing communications and overall marketing communications strategy in support of key initiatives
Develop and oversee the execution of the marketing communications plan for all customer advertising and promotional communications. This includes but is not limited to:
- determining the communications objective,
- identifying key messages and positioning,
- selecting the product for promotion, if any,
- defining the audience,
- selecting the media,
- determining the timing,
- setting budgets and cost targets for each campaign and managing to those targets,
- and managing other elements necessary to achieve the optimal results.
Translate marketing communications objectives into visual concepts appropriate to the product, market, and media
Ensure timely delivery of accurate and compelling materials by producing the graphic design files as well as sourcing vendors.
Maintain integrity of brand identity through tone as well as graphic standards.
Serve as key marketing liaison with all other departments in Fairfield and Jacksonville as well as externalEnvironment: Comfortable Climate Controlled

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work and interact with all members of management in a matrix environment.
Proven ability to develop and direct creative execution of effective communications strategies.
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training modules.
Education Required:Years of Relevant Work Experience:Physical Requirements: Work environmental is office environment; must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
