Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
Serve as the primary customer service point of contact for incoming customer orders and product inquiries.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

25%  Provide excellent, friendly customer service to Copperfield customers over the phone by handling customer ordering requests in an efficient, professional manner.
25%  Service existing account base through a variety of activities including providing product information, entering orders, informing customers of promotions and other initiatives specific to supporting existing Copperfield customers.
25%  Participate in outbound calling initiatives to inform customers of sales and promotional opportunities.
25%  Identify upsell opportunities for customer accounts in conjunction with promotions and marketing initiatives.

Reports to Manager, Sales Solutions
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable
Travel:
0-10%

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service related role, preferably in a call center environment.
Aptitude for understanding customer needs and communicating solutions.
Team player with positive attitude, high energy level, and ability to establish customer rapport and build relationships
Excellent verbal communications skills, good listening skills.
Skill in keyboard use and in working with computer systems.
HS diploma required, college degree preferred or equivalent

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2+years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.  On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles
