Responsible for the architecting, design, build out, and implementation of tools to help Interline delivery services achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and the management of expenses.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Architect data models for delivery analytics
- Design score-carding and reporting tools to help improve the customer delivery experience.
- Create tools that give visibility and help manage key expense categories.
- Part of a cross functional team to build out Supply Chain’s data model.
- Help develop the vision for the future of Interline Delivery.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Typically reports to Regional Sales Manager. Will not have direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Industry experience - Supply Chain, Retail and/or Distribution
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Transportation, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Nearly all of the tasks required in this position require highly competent computer skills including but not limited to MS Excel and SQL. The applicant must have the ability to write complex queries and present data in a simple concise format.
The applicant must have the ability to develop advanced models using statistics and other mathematical forms
Sound business reasoning and the ability to use facts to make profitable decisions and process improvements are required.
