Job Details

**Mission**



Provide support to the Head of Italy Corporate Governance (ICG) in order to manage the following compliance activities.







**Main Responsibilities**







Compliance Programs Monitoring, as required by Corporate Compliance







Compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001







+ Model Update



+ Risk Assessment Activities (methodology, risk mapping, evaluation of internal control system, gap analysis)



+ OdV's Monitoring Plan preparation



+ Model documents review (general and special sections, ethical code, disciplinary system, OdV's role and responsabilities);







+ Communication and Training Activities (Communication of the Model to all the recipients; Multimedial and Class-room Training on the Model);



+ Audit activities



+ OdV's meetings management (Minutes review, Reporting to BoDs, Informative flows to OdV management)







Compliance with Farmindustria Code of Conduct (Farmindustria Certification) and ISO 9001







+ Documents review;



+ Training on the Farmindustria system;



+ Internal analysis, recommendation and follow-up;



+ Preparation and management of external audit performed by independent auditor (Certiquality).







Compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act







+ Global Risk Control Compliance - Control Self Assessment



+ Global Risk Control Compliance - Transaction review test







Business Continuity Plan







**Main relations**







+ Head of Italy Corporate Governance



+ Business Process Owners



+ External OdV's members







**Qualifications**







+ University Degree (Economics preferred)



+ Very good skills in English language



+ Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Excel



+ Belonging to categoria protetta disabile according to art. 1 L. 68/99 - please specify in the resume (46% of disability minimum required).







In addition:







+ Knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes



+ Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws in force (L.Decree 231/01, L. Decree 219/06, Farmindustria's Code of Conduct etc)



+ Strong communication and training skills



+ Sensitivity and confidentiality



+ Ability to work with other cross-functions
