IMEx Academy Training & Systems Specialist

Job Details


+ Global oversight of IMEx Training Management-system including curricula, system tracking- in partnership with PGS TL&C.

+ Scheduling & Planning IMEx Training workshops globally.

+ Master Training Calendar coordination & maintenance.


+ Development and Sustainment of IMEx Training Curriculum.

+ Design and sustainment of Global Course Codes in system.

+ Change Management- Training curricula updated with changes in Operating Standards & Playbooks.

+ Interface with on-line training management- eg. P2L.

+ Capture of non-classroom training management- eg. Pull Forwards, on-line .

+ Develop & execute an IMEx Communications plan utilizing methods and venues provided.


+ Five years minimum Training management experience

+ Experience with Curriculum Development

+ Professional Training Certification preferred

+ Minimum BA Degree, MA in Training/HR preferred


Ability to work cross-culturally in global and diverse environment. Office environment.


Occasional travel required, for Academy meetings, key program development. Anticipate no more than 6 meetings per year. Possible international travel required.
