Description:
This position is responsible for the successful on-boarding of new defined contribution, defined benefit, and non-qualified plans in addition to managing merger & acquisition activity and changes to plan and service offerings for existing clients. This role serves as the point person/project manager for internal resources as well as clients and intermediaries.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to, establishing and managing to a timeline for each assigned activity, independently handling complex tasks, handing over a plan to the ongoing Client Service team that is accurate and operationally efficient, assist in the sales process by attending onsite finals presentations, and provide assistance to more junior levels within the unit.

  • 5 years of Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Non-Qualified Retirement Industry, and/or Financial Services experience required.  Experience with Non-Qualified administration/transition experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a project team and provide guidance and leadership to help achieve team goals
  • Strong knowledge of Prudential Retirement Services product offering or related defined contribution industry products and services
  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Shows initiative and is results oriented
  • Ability to negotiate conflict
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, preferable proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Prudential Retirement DC recordkeeping systems is a plus
  • FINRA: Series 6 licensing is required within 90 days
  • Some travel is required
