Description:
ADP is Hiring an Implementation Operations Analyst III. The Implementation Operations Analyst III is responsible for driving key business processes across the Implementation organization and is accountable for delivering on technology requirements for the Implementation organization. With a deep understanding of Implementation field requirements and in collaboration with business partners across the organization including the Business Engineering Services organization, Workforce Planning, Product Development, IT, Implementation GEO leaders, Deal Support organization and Learning and Performance, the Implementation Operations Analyst researches industry best practices and delivers enabling solutions for the organization. The Analyst is responsible for Implementing process change management and standardization, providing ongoing reporting and metrics, driving adoption of systems and tools across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Business Process Knowledge and Expertise: Field facing, business champion implementing process change management and standardization across all business units with a focus on tools, metrics, implementation process governance. Provides support and governance through the development of Business Object reports. Partners with Workforce planning and Pacing with the goal of streamlining internal processes in an effort to increase optimization, efficiency and simplification. Analyzes existing business systems, interface requirements, reports, metrics, business process and operational needs. Leverages technical and analytical expertise and industry best practices in order to provide consultation regarding business process standardization, consistent practices, tools adoption and enablement. Coaches Associates to adhere to standard work, tools, and approaches. Stays current and incorporates new approaches, tools and processes timely into work.
* Analysis and Reporting: Analyzes existing business systems, interface requirements, reports, metrics, business process and operational needs. Leverages technical and analytical expertise and industry best practices in order to provide consultation regarding business process standardization, consistent practices, tools adoption and enablement. Partners with the Delivery Operations teams to exploit the benefits of our tool set use driving reporting enablement, status reporting and metrics. Ensure the strategic enablement of the business development managers and workforce planning managers through the use of historical data around product delivery and ultimately economic return by area, product and future opportunities.
* Internal Client Management: Coaches Associates to understand key business metrics, systems and tools and partners with internal resources to trouble shoot system and reporting challenges. Collaborates internally to resolve and respond to internal client issues. Develop adoption goals across the business units to facilitate a culture of compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defines BPI strategies related to the use of tools, reporting, metrics and standards. Translates those requirements for key partners across the organization including Business Engineering Services, Deal Support, IT, Deal Support Organization, and Financial partners. Maintains and expands knowledge and proficiency on job function, ADP product set, services and implementation best practices industry wide. Mentor, coach and provide technical support to less experienced implementation associates. Participates in task forces and stretch assignments, as well as local activities (i.e. User Groups, information sessions and sales meeting) and all other appropriate activities. Provides feedback and suggestions on tools, reporting, systems, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement. Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot and address inquiries or system issues.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Education & Experience required.
* 8-12 years in Implementation, Tools and Reporting, Governance, Project Mgmt
* This Ops Analyst position will require a minimum of 30% travel.
* Ability to travel internationally required. #LISERVICE
