Cisco Meraki is seeking a Recruiter to join team in our London office As an integral member of our recruiting team, you will partner on all things recruiting. From managing candidate experience to building hiring manager relationships across multiple departments, you will play a critical piece in our success of hiring amazing Merakians.

You will drive a positive candidate experience from the point of initial contact, to offer acceptance, and to onboarding. This role will partner closely with hiring managers within Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations and Channel, as well as other areas of the business when needed such as marketing, and you will guide them throughout the recruiting process. We need someone who will thrive on recruiting for many types of roles at once and who takes a thoughtful, critical approach toward scaling talent for a fast growth company.           Source and screen both active and passive candidates through internal referrals, networking, and online job postings.

          Analyze interview feedback, extend/negotiate offers, and close candidates for a variety of roles.

          Serve as a knowledgeable, personable ambassador of the company at conferences, tech talks, happy hours, career fairs, and other public-facing venues.

          Act as a source of knowledge through continuous learning and providing new and creative ideas to your team.

          Build and maintain partnerships with managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.

Requirements and qualifications include:

          BA/BS degree or equivalent

          Full cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing high-quality candidates, preferably in the areas of tech and sales or pre-sales

          Both Agency and in-house experience preferred

          Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact with team members and candidates of all statures with professionalism and tact.

          The ability to think creatively and go beyond your standardised templates
