What You'll Do:
Cisco is searching for a senior level Inclusion & Collaboration HR Consultant to align and support all groups within the region. The ability to provide industry and functional diversity expertise and embed I&C into organizational and talent strategies that enhance this transforming organization will be critical. The Inclusion & Collaboration HR Consultant will work closely with HR business partners to establish long-term I&C organizational strategic goals, build key business relationships, identify opportunities/situations where I&C solutions/services will provide differentiated value for the business and maintain extensive knowledge of innovative diversity and inclusion best practices. Having a thorough knowledge of the market, the clients business and viable I&C solutions/services will be key.
In alignment with the People Deal, the Inclusion & Collaboration HR Consultant is expected to:
* Collaborate Always. Collaborate and work closely with HR Business Partners and HR Practice Areas to implement solutions and deliver services aligned with the priorities of the business and Cisco's corporate-wide HR I&C strategy. As a trusted counsel and advisor to HR partners and business leaders, provide I&D expertise and consultation that helps leaders deliver on their business priorities, regional and functional I&C goals.

* Benefit Everyone. Leverage transformational intelligence to identify current I&C gaps and opportunities. Consult on the build of targeted solutions that will integrate into people planning and talent processes. Align efforts with business priorities and deliver metrics and solutions that drive accountability.

Role & Responsibilities
* Innovatively drive consistent execution of a repeatable, 3-part process (transformational intelligence metrics, planning and accountability) to equip leaders with solutions that drive insights to action in the execution of the I&C strategy embedded in business and HR processes
* Interpret existing data sets and leading indicators in the process of conducting data analysis and research both internally and externally
* Develop innovative solutions to measure and monitor progress on metrics that drive accountability and results.
* Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisitions and senior management to develop and translate business strategy to talent management and inclusive leadership strategy and coordinate implementation
* Understand the client business including specific opportunities, gaps, and challenges that are relevant to diversity in the Business Function and Region and instill a highly inclusive and collaborative environment
* Increase awareness, coach and provide counsel to executive and senior management teams
* Drive change management initiatives with a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements, and systems and processes
* Engage in strategic workforce/people planning
* Leverage and integrate I&C solutions to reinforce company-wide HR and I&C strategy: Workforce/people planning, Career Development, Talent Review, Employee Listening Surveys, Recruiting, Transformational Practices, Thought Leadership, Market Acceleration, etc.
* Manage planning to ensure a regional plan is in place and aligned with global plans
* Develop and maintain strong interlocks and partnerships with the HR Business Partner, I&C program and process SMEs, client business leaders and inclusion leadership teams
* Foster an environment that enables and engages the business, function or region in full spectrum participation (through mindsets, skillsets and toolsets)

As a senior leader and trusted advisor with HR, Diversity, Inclusion & Collaboration (I&C) expertise and perspective, you will lead I&C across all functions in India - a client group of 12,000 + employees -and co-lead I&C in the APJ and Greater China region. Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications
* 5 plus years creating and executing cutting edge I&D solutions with proven results driving positive change
* Recent experience with creating innovative approaches to do data analysis in the I&D space.
* Ability to facilitate change management and innovation within a high performing organization.
* Bachelor's Degree - MBA or Master's Degree preferred
* 5+ plus years of experience partnering with executive level stake holders within a complex matrixed environment.
* 12+ years of HR experience or equivalent experience in roles of increasing complexity/scope
* I&D certification or equivalent work experience.
