This position will provide support and maintenance of UnitedHealth Group’s workforce optimization tools for BackOffice applications, with an emphasis on the NICE Real-Time Application Monitoring product.  Responsibilities will include planning, executing, validating/remediating product deployments, incident & problem management, vendor management, and serving as an application subject matter expert for upgrades, projects and integration efforts.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support/Maintenance:

    • Provide deployment and remediation support
    • Efficiently manage & troubleshoot and team mailbox to support our businesses
    • Collaborate with technical and business partners as needed
    • Provide timely status reports to UHG Leadership of all levels
  • Incident/Problem/Change Management:
    • Report/resolve incidents effectively and efficiently
    • Identify/resolve problem tickets as needed
    • Open and manage change tickets as needed
    • Effective communication to Sr. Leadership with recommended resolution and next steps
  • Subject Matter Expert:
    • Quickly learn vendor products and gain a deep understand of the technical infrastructure to support our businesses
    • Effectively utilize troubleshooting tools and processes to efficiently restore service to our business partners
    • Identify process improvement areas and implement best practices as needed
    • Create and update process documentation to contribute to a comprehensive knowledge repository within the greater team
  • Ticket Support for the Business
