The Lead Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the call specialist team. The lead will control scheduling, coordinate time off requests, provide orientation and on-going training to call specialists. The lead will complete the yearly evaluations with the help of the Intake Department manager. The lead will perform all functions of the call specialist to include screening the calls coming into the Pavilion Access Line providing patients and other referral sources information and instruction on the assessment and admission process. They are responsible for the secretarial, clerical and receptionist functions related to the duties of the Pavilion Intake and Assessment Department. This position is also responsible for providing support to the other team members of the behavioral health services and their secretaries in collaborative effort and is responsible for special projects and other assignments as directed. Job Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: High school education or GED. Experience in Behavioral Healthcare field prefer
