**Overall Purpose:** A direct sales position that generates new sales of
AT&T products and services to current AT&T residential customers.




**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**



**Sell AT&T products and servicesin the residential customer’s home; in coordination with their DIRECTVinstallation.**



**Assist residential customers withsetting up new devices and applications during the home visit.**



**Achieve sales and serviceobjectives.**



**Receive a daily schedule for aspecific area or territory.**



**Track and report activities throughestablished processes and procedures.**

**Overall Purpose:** Assist new residential customers with set-up of applications and features on their devices and convey the benefits of an integrated AT&T solution.



**Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Meet with residential consumers in their homes during their product installation in order to set-up their applications and features. Present customer promotions and offers. Present integrated solutions options to the customer and recommend solutions. Achieve sales and service objectives. Receive daily schedule for a specific area or territory. Track and report activities through established processes and procedures.



**Education: High School Diploma preferred.**



**Experience: 1 - 3 Years Direct Sales Experience preferred.**



**Supervisory: No.**
