In a Government Support role, you’ll join a trusted team of experts who connect over 1,200 different agencies to serious security and mobility. Your work will help make the networks that our country runs on more protected, agile and effective.



AT&T IA Support Advisor is responsible for providing program and technical intelligence support to Air Force Space Superiority Systems Directorate (SMC/SY) for cutting-edge programs throughout the acquisition life cycle (from concept through operations and sustainment). Performs research and analysis to identify and define space systems and space operations intelligence requirements. Supports space planning and analysis by identifying and exploiting open source intelligence.



Key tasks include:



1. presenting weekly intelligence briefings to Directorate leadership

2. providing direct intel support to programs

3. assessments of foreign military capabilities

4. establishing strong inter-relationships and daily interactions with other intel agencies and FFRDC technical support personnel. Additional tasks may include assisting in the execution of acquisition strategies including drafting Statement of Work, Statement of Objectives, Requests for Proposal, monitoring deliverables, and attending acquisition related meetings.



Candidate will work with senior leadership, government program managers, and members of the technical staff in a dynamic high-paced environment.



+ Must be articulate, possess honed briefing skills, and be comfortable in a range of social situations.

+ Be diplomatic, a team player, and a willing contributor, both as leader and follower, working across organizational boundaries.

+ Candidate must have a working knowledge of space systems; prior experience at AFSPC, SMC, or related aerospace industry desirable.

+ Knowledge and experience in military acquisition programs is desirable. Creativity and self-motivation are expected.

+ Able to leverage AT&T capabilities, providing solutions and recommendations to customer.



Travel requirement: Approximately 5-10%



Education: B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, related technical field or political science / international relations with relevant experience. MS desired.



Required Skills: Minimum of 4 years of experience including: DoD intelligence activities, ability to function in a multi-contractor/customer environment, demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills. Travel is required. Current TS/SCI access (or recent SSBI).



DoD Top Secret/SSBI required (or must be eligible to obtain SCI)
