Foundations Recovery Network division is currently seeking a Email Marketing Coordinator responsible for generating consumer leads through coordinating and implementing various email campaigns end-to-end in support of the web marketing team. Develops a comprehensive customer life cycle email marketing program to drive lead generation and achieve business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • ​Researches, builds, executes and optimizes email strategies and campaigns for FRN's marketing efforts (direct to patient, Foundations events, Life+Challenge, Heroes, etc)
  • Focused on creating responses into our call, live chat, text, social media and email platforms.
  • Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
  • Manages integration between email marketing platform (Emma, Vestorly or similar) and internal CRM platform to track conversions and gain insights on customer life cycle and behavior
  • Creates, edits, and conducts QA process for all email templates and elements (copy, images, links, tracking, brand consistency, etc.), ensuring they render and function accurately across major email clients, browsers and devices for optimal user experience
  • Runs A/B tests, conducts analysis of results, and iterates based on findings to drive higher engagement, improve deliverability & conversion
  • Organizes and segments lists; refines targeting based on audiences and respective behaviors
  • Reviews and reports on email campaign results and KPIs
Job Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or other related field required
Experience in direct marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, campaign-building within platforms like Emma, SalesForce or similar highly desired
Experience with data segmentation, list management, and relational databases
Practical design skills and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design preferred
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics a plus

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to be physically mobile; however, long periods of sitting will be required.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Constant use of computer requiring manual dexterity.
Ability to read, write and analyze detailed and complex information.
