Description Responsible for long term account management of existing Connected Car contracts and programs. Identifies and supports proposals for new business opportunities related to, or in support of, Connected Car. Leads RFx handling and responses for VW Group outside of North America. Supports in-person meetings for operation reviews, contract and pricing negotiations, trouble issues, etc. Collaborates across internal and external support teams to deliver unified experience for the customer from contract to lifecycle.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

**Account Management of existing contracts and programs includes working closely with the AT&T operational resources and the customer to ensure the services have been implemented correctly and are performing according to the contract. Conducts complex market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.

**Identifies and supports proposals for new business opportunities related to or in support of Connected Car. Creates presentation materials for internal approval from Officers or Executives of AT&T and affiliates.

**Leads the new business proposals and responses (RFx) for VW Group outside of North America. Coordinates acquisition support functions for national and international transactions. Analyzes market conditions, regulatory environment, competitive conditions, strategic and business plans, and existing business and technical operations. Collaborate and support legal, accounting and business inspection of acquisition or joint venture. Creates financial models to assess the economic value of potential transaction. Formulates demand forecasts and key operating projections for the valuation of target transactions.

**Participates in the negotiations of principal terms and conditions of transactions.



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

10+ years in a related field(s), including:

**Contract negotiation

**Customer relationship management

**Proposal response process



Fluent in German and English



**Education and Qualifications:**

No technical certifications required. College degree a must, Masters preferred.



**Additional Information:**

Fluent in English and German

Must be willing to travel to support customers in many major cities in Germany: Munich, Frankfort, Eschborn, Berlin, Wolfsburg, Ingolstadt
