Who You Are
Role & Responsibilities
This person is responsible for deeply understanding products, services and solutions (including market, trends and competition) related to IoT and the creation (and execution where appropriate) of content targeted to specific audiences. In addition, this person will 
*	Produce IoT partner focused content based on marketing plans created with the partner leadership 
*	Drive the IoT Partner marketing strategy for seller awareness, engagement and enablement in partnership with the seller and business unit teams
*	Develop IoT partner marketing and competitive programs targeted at simplifying and accelerating the seller motion through thought leadership, enablement and demand generation for Cisco IoT solutions
*	Create partner IoT communications, trainings and tools to drive greater awareness and enable sales to open new customer conversations and accelerate partner involvement in the IoT market
*	Create and drive IoT programs related to partner  wins
*	Develop IoT Partner focused collateral, and infuse IoT messaging into partner internal and external websites
*	Lead or support IoT partner communictions on product and solution launches
*	Develop and support IoT partner web and social media promotion plans to support product/solution launches

Minimum Qualifications
*	5+ years of experience in marketing in a high tech role, specifically as relating to product and solutions marketing, sales, customer, and competitive collateral development, and vertical market initiatives
*	Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business / Marketing or equivalent experience
*	Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to create collateral or presentations that are clearly written and succinct, comfortable presenting to small groups, internal stakeholders, and external communities sales, partners, and customers 

Desired Skills:
*	MBA or advanced degree
*	Deep understanding of Cisco's Ecosystem of partners (Channel, OT, Strategic)
*      Deep understanding of IoT products, services and solutions including market, trends and competition. 
*      Ability to create messaging and content by gathering additional information, if needed, from other SMEs and product/service owners 
*	Ability to lead projects and programs across multiple teams, driving highly collaborative engagements; highly organized, with clear strategy, objectives with accountability and metrics
*	Experience in working with sales and channel teams, with a strong understanding of the seller motion
*	Strong understanding of content workflows, approvals and governance
