Job Description

** Calls to Manager(s) to escalate tickets when appropriate.** Documents all calls received with response provided in the department.** Work with the IS Department during regular business hours in a training capacity as scheduled to learn appropriate responses and techniques to On-Call issues.** Work with IS Department during regular business hours as requested by Manager(s) for special projects.** Must have a reliable attendance and all absences must be arranged in advance unless it is an emergency. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this position is responsible for providing prompt and accurate Help Desk Support for scheduled hours, typically during IS department non-business hour.

Job Requirements
Extensive PC hardware/software knowledge
3 years Information Systems experience required.
Basic software application experience in MS Office products, and other related software.
Experience in printer hardware maintenance
Education in Computer Science preferred
