<b>What You'll Do</b>
● Define solutions to enable solutions that solve client’s needs
● Translate customer experience and business needs into lasting solutions
● Perform analysis to support business process and data flow
● Create working prototypes to discuss/validate solutions with the clients
● Create user stories to capture requirements
• Create functional specifications to communicate with BI delivery team for solution implementation
• Contextualize Impacts (e.g., identify implications of problems/issues/events on business processes)
• Establish good cross-functional rapport with clients and EDS internal teams to deliver solutions.

<b>Who You'll Work With</b>

Enterprise Data, Security and Services (EDSS) team is seeking a strong analyst resource for leading development of cutting edge solutions for Technical Services stakeholders at Cisco. EDSS is playing key role in helping organizations reach their digitization goals and enable business outcomes.

Analyst will be part of the Technical Services IT Solutions team in EDS. Solutions team engages with functional stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements; and work with them to implement solutions that meet their needs.

 

<b>Who You Are</b>

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrate customer service experience and/or strong interpersonal skills with effective collaborative communication (verbal and written) and is able to work with cross-functional teams to drive issues towards resolution.
• Ability to learn technology and features quickly.
• IT experience in Business Application Analysis, Development & Application Support.
• Expert in End-to-End business processes for CRM.
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills with keen focus on root cause analysis, problem prevention and system stability.
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Java, and Oracle Applications E-Business Suite, Web API & Enterprise Integrations.
• Proficient in API Design, API lifecycle management & Service Oriented Architecture.
• Perform readiness review, validations and post production support.
• Experience in Agile & Waterfall models in Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience participating in complex transformational program involving Cloud implementations, data center migration, ERP upgrades & Infrastructure upgrades.
