Description:

The Global SAP Audit Director will support the PepsiCo Corporate Audit department by leading the SAP Capability Audit Practice and SAP audits globally. The role has three critical areas of responsibility: 1) Managing the SAP Capability Audit Practice including ensuring audit procedures are aligned to current industry practices, partnering with key SAP thought leaders and developing audit talent 2) Leading SAP project pre/post implementation audits delivering value added feedback as part of the project lifecycle and 3) Leading a process and controls audit center of excellence providing advisory and assurance for approximately 15-20 SAP related business process audits each year. This role can be based out of any PepsiCo office.

Big 4 or equivalent consulting or industry experience

  • 10+ years relevant experience in SAP, including actual \"hands-on\" experience with the technologies; experience should also include areas such as implementation, project, program management, and audit practice experience
  • Progressive management experience with demonstrated leadership of multiple SAP projects/engagements and management of direct reports including coaching, mentoring and developing talent for organizations
  • Functional/audit/consulting expertise with technical areas such as SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP GRC, SAP HCM; with experience demonstrating increasing responsibility in subject area
  • Understanding of core IT general control processes (e.g., Change Management, System Development Lifecycle, Information Security, IT Operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical, execution and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills able to present clearly and articulate complex technical information to Corporate Audit management and partner with Audit Directors and Senior Directors in communicating information
  • Experience with tools and technologies including a combination of the following: SAP GRC, Approva, SQL programming, Tableau, cloud computing and mobile technology

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Information Management, MIS, Finance with IT minor, Accounting with IT minor or related combinations or degrees with business and technical mix)
  • Ability to obtain work visa for U.S. and other PepsiCo locations
  • Combination of professional certifications (CPA, CIA or CISA preferred) and/or graduate degree in Business or Computer Science preferred
  • Fluent in English
