As a IT Data Analytics Analyst within our Growth Technology and Systems Ennoblement team, you will utilize advanced database tools to provide specialized data analysis. You will organize, sort and filter data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends. You will be responsible for supporting data integration efforts and data stewardship initiatives across the Growth Operations technology suite including Salesforce, Reltio Master Data Management, SQL Server / Business Objects BIGW Data warehouse and Einstein Analytics.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Scrubbing and monitoring data to ensure that it meets data quality expectations
  • Investigating non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
  • Upholding data quality expectations and ensure compliance 
  • Ensuring that realistic quality expectations are consistent with business processes
  • Providing explanations and briefings to colleagues and users on topics related to analytics and data
  • Researching company hierarchies and reflecting accurately in MDM
  • Using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within a given set of interdependent data
  • Querying data sources to confirm or update related information
  • Prioritizing, documents and organizes own work to meet deadlines
  • Run and create data audits to identify issues within data and work to resolve root cause
  • Support source system assimilation into the Reltio Master Data Management tool
  • Document data mapping and define specific data fields, capturing rules and data requirements for MDM
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills and keen attention to details
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) or High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of experience in an IT Systems Analytics role
  • Experience in data management and cleansing
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Microsoft Excel skills include VLOOKUP, formulas and pivot tables
  • Understanding of relational database principles
  • Experience with Master Data Management Principles

  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, using critical thinking skills to solve business problems
