Position Summary:     
  • Under general supervision packs and ships IT related items
  • Records equipment received and issued by Inventory
  • Manages inventory control database and ensures compliance to related policies / procedures
  • Maintains records accurately and keeps information current
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Packs and ships
  • Assists with deliveries and pickups
  • Receives and stocks inventory
  • Pulls and stages inventory
  • Performs inventory
  • Manages and controls inventory
  • Ensures inventory control policies and procedures are followed
  • Enters / modifies asset/inventory information in ServiceNow or asset management database
  • Assists Management to document and modify processes
  • Performs and provides inventory reporting
  • Monitors inventory levels, orders inventory when levels fall below minimum stock levels
  • Perform clearly identified tasks under close supervision
  • Assists experienced personnel in accomplishing more complicated tasks
  • Follows directions well regarding safety, picking, packing and physical inventory
  • Stage and process equipment for disposal
  • Utilizes non powered warehouse equipment
  • Work closely with other areas
  • Other duties as required by the business

Required Qualifications:          

  • MS Word & Excel proficiency
  • Experience with scheduling & time management
  • 1 or more years of Asset / Inventory Management experience
  • 1 or more years of Warehouse experience
  • Pallet Jack experience
  • Ability to bend, crawl and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
