Description Candidate will be responsible for managing the devices in Voyence Tool (which you can learn on the job), writing scripts to perform compliance testing and writing the scripts to perform the remediation. It is planned that other resources will carry out the remediations; however this candidate will work closely with the remediation engineers as well as customer.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Ongoing support for CSD security health checks and CSD device level health checks as set forth in the Technical Solution document.

• Implement network security requirements in accordance with the contract during transition

• Perform a baseline inventory of userids at the end of transition for the systems for which AT&T has responsibility

• Work with IBM to develop the Customer Security Document (CSD)

• Coordinate AT&T activities related to Information Security Controls (CSD) security standards

• Coordinate any remediation necessary to correct deficiencies found during the health checking process within 30 calendar days unless otherwise agreed to with IBM/Citizens.

• Provide customer interface for issues and activities related to CSD Security standards

• Interface with the IBM on network security requirements

• Notify IBM of “High Severity” security alerts within 3 business days of the rating being assigned by AT&T Security Office

• Work with IBM and the customer to schedule implementation of the security patches

• Assist IBM in initial security incident evaluation if related to Services provided by AT&T

• Maintain a process to inform IBM of any security incidents identified on Customer network devices managed by AT&T

• Provide Log retention reports (GTAC and Syslog) to IBM Project Executive upon reasonable request



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

• Advanced written & spoken English

• Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with the Voyence Tool would be beneficial but is not necessary

• Must have strong skills and experience writing scripts/coding in XML

• Network Engineering experience beneficial ( CCNA or CCNP level)

• Ability to coordinate multiple teams to achieve an objective

• Ability to work under pressure

• Technical knowledge of IT operations (networking /telecom preferred)

• Works well with others/team work

• Good communication



**Education and Qualifications:**

Technical knowledge of IT Networking (Networking-Telecomm Preferred)

CCNA certification preferred



**Additional Information:**

US hours (with US shift allowance)

All candidates must be eligible to work in Slovakia.
